RETURN / REFUND POLICY
In the event of a return, refund or exchange request you would need to contact The Kore Garden via email at [email protected]
Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within a 2 days standard response period and we will notify you via email of the results. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you.
Refunds or return request are accepted up to four (4) weeks from the date of placing the order with The Kore Garden, provided all packaging is undamaged and unopened. The Kore Garden may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion. Unopened products will need to be shipped back to our RMA address with your authorized RMA # written on the return mailing package. Opened and/or used products cannot be returned to The Kore Garden. As well, any damages due to use or misuse or manufacturing defect, must all be brought to the attention of the manufacturer of the product (each product we sell carries it’s own manufacture limited warranty – please refer to the manufacture documents for further information). The Kore Garden will assist you if and when possible.
If you choose to pay by check or money order you may cancel your Order before making the payment or in case the payment is not received by us in 30 days The Kore Garden will cancel you Order.
You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed, if you made payment, any refund will be returned to you within’ 24hrs. Please note that if the Order is already shipped or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. You will need to return the product to our RMA address with your authorized RMA # written on the return packaging. The Kore Garden must receive the product unopened and unused before refund can be granted.
Some products have special conditions for returns as described in the Order or Product materials delivered (“Products terms”) so please read the carefully before making a request with The Kore Garden. In case of misunderstandings between The Kore Garden Refund Policy and the Product terms, the present Refund policy will prevail. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if due to The Kore Garden error.
Please note any items returned to The Kore Garden due to a failed delivery attempt (i.e. packages need to be signed for release from shipper to receiver). If the recipient is not available when the package is delivered; Canada Post will leave a notice for you to pick up the package and sign for it at your local post office location. If you fail to pick up the package within 10 days the items are shipped back to us. You will be charge a 25% restocking fee and any postal fees will be deducted from the refund when we receive the items back. Please refer to your tracking number and be available for delivery.
If the refund request is granted by The Kore Garden, payments are refunded as follows:
- Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business days;
- Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user;
- PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
- Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.
In cases of Direct Debit, the refund request can be processed only after a 6 weeks period from the payment date, this period is needed for your bank process settlement to complete in our bank before it can be refunded. The Kore Garden will only review and respond to your refund request after this 6 weeks period ends.
If applicable, The Kore Garden reserve the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed letter of destruction of the Product signed by you.
- please note: seeds purchased from The Kore Garden seed bank are not returnable. All seed sales are final. Our seeds are not “sold” (as a product being exchanged for money). All our seeds are FREE (for preservation of the species) … the price you see on the website is a handling fee for processing and packaging your order, and this fee cannot be refunded in most cases, because the service was already rendered complete as soon as you get the tracking number for your shipment showing “delivered”. We do this because we cannot insure intent or use or misuse of the product being sold as novelty. All seeds are sealed and should not be taken out of their package and germinated unless you know the law that surrounds you.
The present Refund Policy is part of Our Terms And Conditions
